The Rainbow Flag Award is a national framework designed for schools, colleges and other organisations to take a positive approach to LGBTQ+ inclusion.
For the past 12 months, the staff at Ian Ramsey have been working towards achieving Rainbow Flag Award Accreditation.
So far, we have been successful in achieving the Skilled Staff, Pastoral Support and Inclusive Curriculum sections of the award and we are currently working towards achieving the Supportive Governors and Parents, Effective Policies and Student Voice areas of the award.
