12 month programme of regular short CPD on practical strategies that are easy to implement.

Strategy cards for all staff which will form a ‘pack’.

Card for each focus of need shared in briefing and explained by SENDCO.

Time in departments the next day to discuss these strategies and the area of need.

Feedback from all staff and sharing of good practice.
