My name is Mrs Proudman, and I am very proud to be the Head of Year 7 here at Ian Ramsey Church of England Academy.
I am delighted to have the opportunity to welcome you to our community and I look forward to working with your child throughout the next 5 years, supporting them through this stage of their education.
The upcoming academic year will be a challenging, yet an exciting one for the pupils, filled with opportunities to learn and grow, both academically and personally.
On the transition days, your child will meet their new tutor who will guide, support and champion them throughout their time here. I, along with the Year 7 tutor team, am here to guide and support the students on their new journey. Our aim is to provide the students with a supportive and stimulating learning environment that will enable them to achieve their full potential. My main priority is to ensure our year 7 students feel happy, secure, and confident within our school community. Their success is our success, and I am committed to supporting them every step of the way.
